Welcome to P6 and P7. We have been very busy this year. Have a look through our photo slideshows to see what we have been up to lately. :)
In Primary 6/7 we have been learning all about the famine. The children made their own famine village. It was wonderful!
Miss Campbell has been teaching the class about the Famine. We have been reading the novel 'Under the Hawthorn Tree' By Marita Conlon-McKenna. The children were split into groups and had to summarise a chapter using the app 'Puppet Pals' on the iPads. Have a look at what they created. We were very impressed! :)
World Book Day 2019
The children in P6 and P7 were very creative this week, not only with their character costume ideas but also in designing their 3D book covers. These will be displayed in the school corridor. Well done everyone. They turned out fantastic!!
Valentines Day Treats <3
To celebrate St Valentine's Day, P6 and P7 were busy making some Valentines skewers. Judging by the pictures both the children and staff really enjoyed them :)
We also made some Love artwork. Have a look <3
Some balancing acts in PE with Fergal..
Well done to Josh, Cormac, Leah and Blathnait who took part in the NI Road Safety Quiz.
